Giving in Aotearoa Survey

Donation draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   This prize draw is run by Community Foundations of Aotearoa New Zealand.
2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to people aged 15 years and over who complete the survey while living in Aotearoa New Zealand.
3. How to enter
   Completing the survey gives you one entry into the draw. No purchase or payment is required.
4. The prize
   One donation of NZ$1,000 will be made to a New Zealand registered charity, selected by the winner.
5. The draw
   The draw will be conducted at random after the survey closes. The decision is final.
6. No personal benefit
   The draw is a for a charitable donation only. No cash or other benefit will be provided to survey participants.
7. Privacy
   Any contact details provided for the purpose of the draw will be used only to administer the draw and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
8. General
   By entering, participants agree to these terms. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw if required.
