10:30am - Exploring the 'F' word - research-based session on what makes a Great Fundraising Organisation - a high level session for trustees and senior management - Fiona McPhee, CEO Philanthropy and Fundraising Australia-NZ

12pm - 'One Bright Idea' - 6 Community Foundations present one innovation/idea for the network - facilitated by Eleanor Cater, CFNZ

1:30pm - Diversity and inclusion - why is this so important for Community Foundations' mahi and community impact? - Jannat Maqbool, Graham Bidois Cameron, Mele Wendt, Craig Fisher - facilitated by Holly Snape, CEO Community Waikato and CFNZ Trustee

i) Practical ways fundraising expertise can be applied to Community Foundations' work, Fiona McPhee, CEO Philanthropy and Fundraising Australia-NZ, with input from senior fundraisers across the network

1:45pm - Breakout sessions and discussion groups:

i) Bicultural competency for your Foundation - where to start? - facilitated by Haimona Waititi, Cultural Consultant

ii) Finding operational funding - it's everyone's business - facilitated by Raymond Key, Wakatipu Community Foundation

iii) Impact investing - utilising our assets to do even more good - facilitated by Jamie Newth, Soul Capital
